Good bones, awesome home

The foundation of the structure is built using ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) by "Forever Walls." These forms utilize Fox Block styrofoam building blocks, featuring 2 1/2" thick outer walls with an 8" concrete core, resulting in a robust 13" thick finished wall. This design offers unmatched strength and insulation compared to traditional foundation construction methods. The black wall ties you see are embedded screw panels within the styrofoam, making the walls ready for easy application of any siding or interior wall surface.
